Kestrel Zombies goes to the Royal Albert Hall
Kestrel Gymnastics and Dance Club took part in the Mardi Gras ‘The Stars’ in the round at the Royal Albert Hall in London on the 8 April. 20 to 25 of the Clubs members participated in this show stopping event and performed a fantastic version of Michael Jackson’s ‘Thriller’ – all dressed as zombies.

New fitness club comes to Northiam
Scott Mason of Excel Fitness is running new classes for improving posture, mobility, flexibility and core strength on Tuesday evenings – from May 2012 this now includes a new Junior fitness club for the first hour, moving onto adults for the second session. See the Club page for more details.
