Gymnastics is an accessible and inclusive sport offering opportunities to all ability levels and ethnic groups within a range of controlled learning environments. It promotes an active and healthy lifestyle and is recognised as forming the basis for physical literacy by developing fundamental movement skills.When:

Wednesday class times:

Class 1 aimed at beginners 18:00 till 19:00

Class 2 intermediate/squad 18:00 till 19:30

Thursday class times: NEW ! classes kestrel dance academy

5 to 8 years 16.30 till 17.30

8 to 18 years 17.30 till 1830

Thursday night parkour/Adults class times:

16+ class 18.30 to 20.30

Saturday class times:

Class 1 aimed for beginners 10 till 11

Class 2 intermediate level 11 till 12:30

Class 3 squad development level 12:30 till 14:30

Who:
All ages and ability welcome

Other information:

Dress code P.E kit or something similar, long hair tied back and no jewellery

Jessica Crawford assistant coach.
We do not close for any of the school holidays we continue through out the year.

Cost:
Club membership and British gymnastics membership £25 for the year this covers child’s insurance. Fees start @ £5 per hour.
